Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice when canceling or rescheduling. This allows us to offer your reserved time to another guest.
Deposits & Transformative Services
Major color changes, corrective color, extensions, and other transformative services may require a consultation and deposit. Deposits are applied toward your service, and terms will be communicated before booking.
Children & Additional Guests
For everyone's safety and comfort, please do not bring children or additional guests who are not receiving services.
Service Pricing
Prices may vary based on hair length, density, product usage, and time required. Consultations are encouraged for major changes or services requiring additional planning.
