WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

WHAT YOU’LL FIND AT STUDIO B

Love doing hair, learning new things, and working with people who make the day a little more fun? We might just be your people.

For 18 years, Studio B has been part of the Olympia community, building great hair AND great careers. We're big on education, teamwork, and helping our stylists find their own path. We take our craft seriously, but ourselves? Not so much. 😉

Whether you're an experienced stylist, a recent beauty school graduate, or a student ready to get a head start in the industry, we'd love to meet you. There's room to learn, grow, and build something great here.

Good humans who love people and genuinely enjoy making guests feel great.
Team players who jump in, help out, and understand that we all succeed together.
Stylists (and future stylists!) who take pride in their work and care about the little details.
Curious minds who ask questions, welcome feedback, and know there's always something new to learn.
People who want more than just a job. We're talking careers, loyal clientele, and a reputation they're proud of.
Positive personalities who bring good energy, work hard, and know how to have fun along the way.

A team that has your back, celebrates your wins, and isn't afraid to have a little fun along the way.
Real education, hands-on learning, and people who genuinely want to see you get better at what you do.
Experienced stylists who share their knowledge, not gatekeep it.
Room to find your niche, build your clientele, and create a career that's yours.
High standards, zero unnecessary attitude. We take our craft seriously, not ourselves.
Opportunities to get involved beyond the chair, from marketing and events to giving back to our community.
A whole lot of personality, plenty of laughs, and yes, probably a little salon chaos.

We may not always have an immediate opening, but we’re always happy to meet talented people who might be a great fit for our team. Think that could be you? We’d love to meet you!
